By using this website or placing an order with Black Site Forge LLC (“Black Site Forge”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Firearms Compliance
All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring they may legally purchase, possess, and receive any firearm, ammunition, magazine, accessory, or other product ordered.
All firearms shipped by Black Site Forge must be transferred through a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and are subject to all required background checks and transfer procedures.
Orders and Pricing
Prices, specifications, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, pricing or product description errors may occur. Black Site Forge reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from an error, inventory discrepancy, fraud concern, or legal restriction.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders canceled after processing, special ordering, or shipment preparation may be subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs.
FFL Transfers
Black Site Forge accepts incoming firearm transfers. Transfer fees are $25 per firearm unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring transferred firearms comply with all applicable laws.
Gunsmithing Services
Customers certify they are the lawful owner of any firearm submitted for gunsmithing, repair, modification, refinishing, machining, optics cuts, barrel threading, Cerakote application, custom manufacturing, or other services.
All completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Custom Work
Custom manufacturing, custom builds, and special-order items may require deposits and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by Black Site Forge are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims, repairs, and replacements should be directed to the manufacturer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns
All firearm sales are final after transfer to the customer.
Non-firearm returns may be accepted at Black Site Forge’s discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier unless insured shipping coverage applies.
Limitation of Liability
Black Site Forge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of any product or service.
Customers assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and lawful use of firearms and related products.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
